Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. For Reading and Consultation Sessions

1.1 Cancellation

We understand that cancellations are sometimes necessary, and our policy aims to be fair to both clients and professionals. Refund amounts depend on the notice given:

• 14 Days or More Notice: If you cancel your session at least 14 days in advance, you will receive a full refund (100%).
• 7 to 14 Days Notice: If you cancel between 7 and 14 days prior to the session, 75% of your payment will be refunded.
• 2 to 6 Days Notice: Cancellations made 2 to 6 days before the session will result in a 50% refund.
• 1 Day or Less Notice: If you cancel within 24 hours of the session, no refund will be given.

Refunds will be credited to original paymnet method within 7 working days of cancellation.

1.2 Rescheduling Sessions

Sessions may be rescheduled if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session cannot be accommodated, and no refund will be provided.

Note: You may reschedule only once. Additional requests will not be accepted.

1.3 Special Note for Urgent Sessions

Urgent sessions are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or rescheduled. Please be sure before booking.
